Expatriate Relocation

Pre-departure Counseling and Preview Trip
For expatriates who are considering relocating, we provide them with pre-departure counseling, a Relocation Questionnaire and Information Package before they leave their home country. Upon arrival, we prepare temporary accommodation, an area tour of the city, housing overview, a brief cultural training and all other necessary arrangements.

Orientation
Once the expatriate decides to relocate, we prepare a complete program to make sure that the expatriate and his/her family have a good introduction to the city, the living environment, the housing market, cultural background of the city and the country.

Move Management
We make sure that the expatriate and his/her family’s personal belongings and household goods arrive at the right place at the right time. We work closely with the moving companies to provide a seamless move, and make sure all the necessary documents for the customs are prepared for beforehand.

Immigration Service
This service includes getting the visa for the expatriate and his/her family members, local permits like residence cards or identity cards, import permits for pets and household goods, and medical checks-ups required for visa application.

School Information and Application
To make sure that the expatriates’ children enter the right international school, we are always on top of the latest information of international schools and their availability. We also help to arrange school visit and interviews when necessary.

Repatriation Services
When the relocation assignment is completed, we also help the expatriate and his/her family in departing. Services include inventory checking, tenancy rental deposit return, closing bank accounts, mail forwarding, and pre-departure shopping.

Housing Services

Home Search
We provide detailed information about the local living environment and housing market, and help to identify an apartment or house that fits the expatriate’s requirement and budget. The process includes site visits, negotiation on rental, signing of the tenancy agreement and all other related legal issues.

Settling in Assistance & Ongoing Support
After an apartment or house is identified and rented, we help in all the settling in details, including furniture purchase, banking matters, vehicle rental or purchase, insurance matters, telephone and internet connections, maid cleaning service, etc. We also provide a 24-hour hotline in case the expatriate and his/her family encounters some emergency.
